Crimpcurvers

Our auto curver is designed to automatically calculate crimp numbers and positions of crimps to achieve the required radius, arc length, angles and widths with minimal data imput. This is achieved by using an electronic driven ball screw and rotary encoder to position the sheet to crimp position. For easy quick loading of the machine there is an automatic stop which calculates the start position of each new sheet loaded.

The machine is able to curve smaller sheets from a horizontal position, and can be moved to a vertical position for larger sheets.
